It was great to meet Ms. Barnaby at Dr. Ramon E. Betances Elementary School today! Betances Elementary School in Hartford, CT, is a Pre-K to 4th grade Learning Lab School dedicated to early literacy instruction. It serves as a model school for students and a professional development center for teachers. With a focus on early literacy achievement, the school prepares students to excel in reading and perform at or above proficiency on the Smarter Balanced Assessment (SBAC) by fourth grade.
