Oak Street Heath in New Britain, CT received 30 CareKits today. Kyle Rodriguez, the Community Relationship Manager, shared that 50% of the patients have Medicare Coverage and 50% of the patients have Medicaid Coverage. Oak Street Health has physicians who will take the time to get to know their patients and meet their needs.
